Great customer service. But best thing to me was they had book with prices for certain types of jobs. So didn't feel like they were just deciding on the apot how much to charge. And it coat exactly what they said it would.
The professional showed up on time, and did a great job installing my new kitchen faucet. I had an issue right after he left, with the sprayer hose catching on the cleanout pipe under the sink. I called and spoke with the owner, and the same guy immediately returned and fixed it. Very very happy with my choice in this company. Pricing is clear, and John even helped me pick out my faucet while I was standing in Home Depot the night before, to ensure I purchased a faucet that would work with my particular sink. The service man explained that our bathtub fixture manufacturer was unknown and that he would call around and check on replacement parts. He did just that and called the following day. Very professional and would have to say honest in his evaluation of our needs.
Fixed our plumbing problem in a reasonable amount of time. Had all the parts needed on his truck. Work was clean and professional.

Great communication and workmanship. Fixed all the issues we had with drains faucets pipes and diverters.
There was a bit of a problem with creating the appointment on your website, but once the plumber was here, all of his work was fine.
