Good work but expensive. Rebuilt the mechanism in one toilet and replaced the flange in another. Liked the plumber and his work but job came to $860.00 for a few hours work. Maybe this is competitive for plumbing but represents half a week's pay for me.I do feel the job was done right and comes with two year warrety.
Precise Plumbing was very professional through the entire process of digging down 6+ feet in the front yard and fixing a sewer pipe that had cracked and had tree roots growing into it. They had excellent communication skills and let me know the estimated time/cost/date of each step...and followed through with everything promised. Very glad we chose to use them and will definitely use them again in the future.
Precise plumbing were the only provider who could come same day even after 5 pm.
They replaced a split pipe on an outside faucet. It took less than 30-minutes. It seems to me that $229 is high for that amount of work. But they did good work. The only thing that bugged me a bit was they don't do wall repair work if they had to cut into the wall. They didn't.

They told me in advance how much it would cost, which was pretty high. However, I was in a hurry, so I had them come out anyway. They did a good quality job. I'm not sure, but I believe that when the guy was below my kitchen sink, he may have accidentally dislodged my under-mount sink from the granite. I didn't notice it until a day or so later, but now I've got to get that fixed.
