Because of a disconnect getting my HomeAdvisor schedule entered into the Precise Plumbing internal schedule the job was started 4.5 hrs late but was done on the day originally scheduled. John & Wes were very friendly and professional. I liked the booties they put over their shoes before entering my house. The drain was quickly cleared and the area left as clean as when they started. Precise is definitely my preferred plumber after today.
Can't give enough accolades to Mr. Cook & his team at Precise for the overall service & expertise exhibited recently while refurbishing the hot water system in my home. Precise had installed the hybrid / tankless unit for me approximately two years ago. As explained, during the recent service call, the thermal heat exchanger in my system was bad & needed to be replaced. Replacing the exchanger in the unit required extensive disassembly & rebuild. They did a very professional job and were very clean.
I also had a leaky pipe under one of my bathroom sinks and they gladly took care of that as well! All the work was done quickly and everything was in working order!!
John was friendly and professional. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will call him.
