Needed a second opinion on a broken sewer connection and the connection fixed. The technician who came out was extremely polite and professional He used a camera to show me what and where the problem was - a break in the connection between the toilet and the sewer line. Then he showed me my options - jackhammer the floor or tunnel under the house. I chose the tunnel and he quoted me a price then and there.
