Water heaters never go out at a convenient time and ours did it on a Sunday afternoon with a freezing rain. Luckily John called and after I described the problem, plus told him the city came and shut off our water, we made an appt. for Monday. In the meantime he suggested a dry wall company for immediate help with the water that had seeped into our bedroom. Precise Plumbing was quick to respond to my request and arrived on time. They did a quick but thorough evaluation of the problem and showed me a professionally done pricing book for replacing a faulty garbage disposal. The product was a very recent model and was installed to our satisfaction. They were very clean, respectful, informative, and performed other inspections to make sure I did not have any other possible problems. I do recommend this company.
Very prompt, called to let me know he would be early. Excellent work. John replaced a 13yr old heater with a new heater, re-circulating pump and a drain pan.
