Arrived on time. Encountered some problems with finding the right replacement water heater, solved. Kept me informed. Great guys who were polite, on time, considerate and FAST.
Called to make app. and gave a very "short" window then called and said he could be a little earlier if it was okay. This was great! Done the job in a very quick amount of time, completed every problem I had in a very efficient and courteous manner. On top of all that the moment he stepped in the house he put paper "cover up" boots over his shoes! I was really impressed with this young man. I will use Precise Plumbing the next time I need a plumber !

Big leak under our slab in the middle of or home. John detected exactly where the leak was located and fixed it. Prompt service, professional and neat. Precise is the right name for this company!
