Joe called me within 3 seconds of completing the HomeAdvisory on-line inquiry. We established an appointment time for the following morning. I was called during the appointment window informing me he was on his way. He arrived, put his booties on, inspected the repairs that were needed. Quoted the job and completed it to my full approval.

Pros : These worked hard everyday they were on the job site. I was away but my wife was home. She was kept informed throughout the process. They were patient and spoke with me when I would call home for an update. They worked late into the evening each day and till after midnight the last night until completed. Cons: suggest drop cloths be provided if a jack hammer are to be used to minimize the spread of Dust.
pricing was way to high paid around $330 to install a gas stove. Moved it less than 10ft connected line. He also bent one of the support feet on the oven and never returned email or text when I asked him to come back and adjust the oven. Also, three weeks later I had granite installed and they must of moved it 4-5 times to get everything adjusted with no extra cost. They ever removed teh tile under the oven to get is low enough.

Precise Plumbing responded quickly, set me up with a Saturday appointment to meet my scheduling needs, and finished the project on time. The tech took time to explain the work in terms I could understand, very courteous and professional.
I had a leaking water supply valve on the kitchen sink. John was out within a few hours and fixed it within 20 minutes. He was honest, upfront, and fair with pricing. I will be calling him the next time i need any plumbing problems fixed!
