I had a couple of lower 'bids' but getting someone to actually do the work rather than talk about it was a bit of a problem. The plus is that they were straightforward, got to work and completed it without wasting time. A bit of the negative is that to get that degree of professional and prompt service, you have to pay a bit more.
John was very professional and completed the work quickly. He also informed me of problem with my AC unit and was able to fix it in the same visit. This saved me a lot of time and I'm very satisfied with his work. Gas work is a little pricey but I would not have any reservations recommending them!
The gentleman who came to my home was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain to me what I would need to repair my plumbing problems and did not seem rushed or impatient with my additional questions. I really liked the flat rate pricing because it did not leave me guessing as to whether or not I was being taken advantage of. I will definitely recommend this company!
