This is my second service call with Pratt Plumbing. Kiel is the service pro for both repairs. He is professional, knowledgeable, works quickly, and fixes the problem with one visit. He doesn't cut corners and gets to the core of the problem. I am a demanding customer and I expect quality work at a fair price. Kiel meets and/or exceeds expectations. I have full confidence in work and repairs performed by Kiel and Pratt.
Customer service is A-1. We had a plumbing emergency and they came right out and got us back in business. Thanks a bunch.
