My service person was Damon and he was very professional and explained everything. I am extremely pleased with the work performed.
Our hot water heater was starting to go out. I called Pratt but they were booked, I was going to have to wait a week. I thought the hot water heater would hold out, but it was dead the next morning. I called Pratt again and Andrea was able to work something out with one of the technicians, Tony. Tony was at my house at 0900 and had the heater replaced, and upgraded 4 items to get me up to the new city codes by noon. The cost was exactly the estimate Tony gave me before he started work.
