I walked into the house this afternoon (post-freeze) and realized we had a bad leak. Called Pratt in a panic, John came within the hour, and quickly took control of our watery situation. What a relief! A short while later I asked him about cleaning companies, and I was able to find a cleaner/restorer before the afternoon was out. I have told everyone! They overcharged me and did not make the repairs...$1161.60 for 7 hours then told me they charge 135.00 per hour for one plumber. It still didn't add up. I can't believe Gary Hans does not care about the way his business is handled.
We had some serious root problems in our pipes so we called Pratt Plumbing to help us out! Kiel came and helped us out so much and he was quick and efficient! He also explained everything and was super helpful for the future! We appreciate him and Pratt Pulmbing for coming to our rescue so quickly!
Great service from the first phone call that continued throughout the work. John was very polite and did a great job. Service was prompt and done well. Price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend them. They also provided me a quote over the phone and did not require an expensive diagnostic fee. This is a great business.
John does prompt, efficient work. He is knowledgable about many facets of plumbing and works till he gets the job done. Price is always reasonable and he asks before he does anything other than what he was asked to do. A good explanation of needed work is provided..
I was looking for something to help with the hard water deposits in my new home I purchased. Convinced I needed a water softener but not really wanting one, I called Pratt Plumbing.
