We used Pratt Plumbing when we lived in Amarillo 9 years ago. When we moved back to Amarillo last month, there was no question of who we would use for our plumbing needs. Pratt Plumbing comes when they say they will and they always fix the problem. We wouldn't use anyone else!
Pratt Plumbing saved the day. No need for a whole new water heater just two new elements. Kiel was a pleasure to work and I greatly appreciate the prompt and reasonably priced fix!!
Woke up with no hot water. Checked out what I could check out and then called Pratt. Damon came out, investigated and found very quickly that my recirculating pump had seized. He gave me options, prices and discussed them thoroughly. Damon did the repair quickly and professionally. Pratt Plumbing is now on my Contact List!

The washer drain was slow and had begun to overflow and try as we might, we couldn't seem to get it cleaned out on our own. We called Pratt Plumbing and Mike F.and Damon W. responded. Mike found that the drain opening was narrowed down to about the size of my index finger going through the P-trap. Mike, with Damon's assistance, rebuilt the entire drain system and put in an external cleanout so that we could access it easily through the wall if it ever stopped up again .
