Had to have my hot water heater replaced Andrea was great on the phone and John and Michael came in assessed what needed to be done went over the options with me and did everything they could to keep it in my budget! They did a great job and cleaned up after them selves! John is very good and knowledgeable in his job! Michael is good at his job as well very attentive to what needed to be done and will be a great plumber! Thanks y'all!
John came out to unclog our plumbing. Very nice guy. Very professional. Showed up on time and had the clog fixed in just a few minutes.
I was needing a garbage disposal installed, a leak fixed under the sink and a water line connected to my fridge. After reading the reviews for Pratt Plumbing, I decided to call. I was not disappointed. Damon was the technician. He listened to what I needed and what my concerns were and was able to give a good estimate of the cost. I called Pratt Plumbing at 9 o’clock PM due to a leak in my living room ceiling. I dealt with a gentleman named John. John was very calm, kind and straightforward. He conquered my leak in no time. I give Pratt Plumbing five stars simply because there is no ten star rating! Thank you, John!!
Had a leak in the hot water line under the slab of our house...John was great! Very professional, did the job right and didn't leave a mess. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Robert was very neat and friendly and arrived on time. He started working on the sink line and got it fixed and asked if I had anything else that needed to be fixed. He fixed some things in the master bathroom. When he left, everything was working fine and there was no mess. Because of Robert, I will be more likely to call Pratt Plumbing.
