Ordered a ducted system for our ******* **** air conditioner. Customer service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered part, came sooner than anticipated. Correct part and everything packaged good. Had part installed and everything is working great. Would order from them again.

I ordered a part needed for my air conditioner as we had an upcoming trip in 90+ degree heat. I selected Next Day delivery and the part arrived well before the deadline. It fit as expected and we now have air conditioning again.

I ordered a replacement air conditioner and couldn’t believe how fast It was delivered. 2-3 days. The only problem I had was when it was delivered by R+ L carriers. They left the air conditioner at the end of my driveway which is 200 ft long. We don’t have a gate so I don’t understand why this happened.

Ordered a bike rack from the company after checking their web site and the website stated that they have the item in stock. Here it is 3 months later and still item. They emailed me once stating that the item is out of stock but yet if you go to the website, it states that it is still in stock. I've emailed them a couple times and no response. Even told them that the company web site states that you have the item in stock. They never mentioned that they would take it down or change it. Again, this was 3 months ago. Still no ... read more
