Ordered a bike rack from the company after checking their web site and the website stated that they have the item in stock. Here it is 3 months later and still item. They emailed me once stating that the item is out of stock but yet if you go to the website, it states that it is still in stock. I've emailed them a couple times and no response. Just what I expected. I got it installed and the air conditioner is cooling well. The listing should describe that the electronic control must be transferred to the new unit from the old unit. This Coleman matched my 2006 unit exactly and so the transfer was seamless once I rescued the old control board box from the original a/c unit. I would have ordered an installation kit with new bolts if the description had informed me that no installation parts are included.

Most of the time PPL has served me well. The last order was for several parts relating to roof top air conditioners and most of the parts did show up. However the ducted return grills were not complete and now I can not secure the air conditioners to the roof because the grills were sent but not the mounting plate or the duct separators. Very annoying and hard to fix. We would prefer the kit to install the air conditioners than to make them our selves.
Ordered my replacement a/c unit on Sunday night, received my new unit on Thursday afternoon! Amazing service and shipping. Family was happy to have a cold rv while on vacation. Also the lowest price I could find, but there is no price for a happy family.
