We purchased RV water filters that we couldn't find anywhere else. Although we won't be able to utilize them until the spring since our RV is currently winterized, we received the filters quickly and the price was very fair. We will definitely shop through the company in the future.

I purchased a kitchen sink faucet for my motorhome from PPL. The quality was excellent and the delivery was timely. Three or four business days without paying extra for expedited shipping.

I took motor home for some maintenance and now they continue to charge money for something they seem to have broken. We ask them to lubricate our slides. They called that it was good to go come and pick up. Then shortly after, got another call to say they cannot close the slides. After another week or so they called and said they can’t figure what the problem is and need another 400.00. Or we can just come pay what been charged so far and pick it up. I am overall pleased with PPL most of the parts sales people are very Knowledgeable about most parts and prices are competitive in most cases they have the best price and low cost fast shipping. But this time they held my 4 item order to ship complete. I ordered October 23rd called Monday because I didn’t receive order confirmation was told they were waiting on one item a package of fuses. I called Friday October 29 and was told the order would ship today I let them know I wasn’t very happy I needed the parts for the weekend... read more

I left a review on PPL about how they handled my return. Not a nice one. Their products are great, it was just how I had gotten two different answers on how to return a product, one said they would send a label, the other I had to pay to even return the product. I must say their care for customers is 2nd to none. I had a manager call me and took care of the issue COMPLETLY. The ordering service online was excellent I got a confirmation right away delivery was fast too , the only problem I had is that the back of the fridge came damaged I emailed customer service twice still waiting to hear back from them . After spending $1800 I expect better service at least have management return my email with answers. I was going to refer people to them now I’m not don’t want anyone to have the same experience I am going through.
