We just received our RV refrigerator! They said it would be delivered after 3. 3:05 they were here… they had called to confirm someone would be here. We are very happy with our first time purchase with this company and will continue to use them.

We wanted a a more residential sized toilet in our fifth wheel and settled on the Dometic 320. I've used PPL for other items in the past and never had an issue. Their pricing is usually very competitive and we found their price to better than any we could find. We ordered the toilet on Monday and had it on Thursday in perfect condition. We're happy

My husband and I decided to sell our 2019 Heartland Gateway 3230 CK after a failed attempt to sell ourselves we opted to have PPL Motorhome do the leg work for us. My husband drove the camper to the Houston location signed a 90 day contract and they agreed upon a listing price of about $65,000. bad service .waited 2 weeks for a tow bar.checked on delivery date. 4x .waited on phone 4x. no definite or probable answer--4x. Calledtoday to cancel order.put on hold. I held...and held...and held. As we reviewed the issue further, you were put on hold while the reps were working to get further information for your order and did not keep you apprised of the progress as each worked the issue. Ordered a SkyLight dome cover. (7/7) Scheduled a contractor for the repair work.... After 8 days,(/15) I began to wonder where was my dome cover? Called Customer Service After a bit of a wait with really BORING elevator music and reminders of why PPL the ABSOLUTE BEST at EVERYTHING!!, a rep answered... I asked about my order number.. We were very pleased with the staff of Justin, Trevor and Rae at the Cleburne PPL location as they successfully sold our used travel trailer in a short time period to our satisfaction. Be very careful of service dept. We took our motorhome to PPL August 17. October 3 they notified us that that the headliner on the cab was coming down. They said it was from the heat and moisture in the Houston area. We ask if there were any water stains because if there were we would file an insurance claim. They assured us there was no stain and it was not insurance related. They said the wrong caulk was used on the roof and the roof needed to be scraped and resealed. The bill was just shy of $2500.
