I called about AC unit for my RV the unit was in stock great price. Had it shipped received everything was great!!!! Thank you for great service I will use you again if needed.

<p>Update:The management of PPL has definitely won my business back. My only issue was their customer service but they were very quick to rectify the problem. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone as well. We hate to hear anytime a customer has a less than extraordinary experience with PPL Motorhomes! I agree with the customer that the image we had posted was confusing. I appreciate the feedback and have corrected the image. I have also contacted the customer and to express my apologies and agreed to issue a full refund on the order for the shroud that corrected this issue. The customer expressed that he is satisfied with this resolution and I am hopeful that he will give us the opportunity to earn his business in the future.

I was disappointed in the communication from ppl motorhomes. I ordered an air conditioner for my rv. I got an email with a copy of the invoice but never heard about shipping or if it was in stock. The website said someone would contact me about scheduling shipment since it was a freight company that was delivering. Two weeks later I was out of town and got a phone call from the trucking company that they were at my house to deliver my ac. Had to get my daughter to go to the house and receive it. Sales rep was very helpful sent me pictures how about side door locks for me to match up what's on my camper, I ordered a handle and lock and it was a perfect match I appreciate the sales rep time patience with my order very satisfied customer, thank you

waited months to get an appointment, only to find out the brake system was missing critical parts to install (breakaway cable, pin and safety clip), box had been previously opened, and was shipped in another box.

I called at 11 am to see if it was in stock they said yes. I paid for my ac at 12:05 pm ,they are in Texas I am in Az. it shipped from California was at my door 1:25 pm the next day great customer service. I am very pleased
