PPL in Houston is an exemplary company with which to do business. ALL employees, from the president down, are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took care of all our concerns with the rv we purchased. Our experience with PPL was the best we have had with any other in the past. All retail companies, no matter the product, would do well to follow their example.
We ordered a Dometic AC from this place since it was cheaper. Never again! I'd rather pay more from a company that will actually respond when you call or email. The AC was messed up after we installed it and this place wouldn't respond to emails or return my calls. I had to take this thing apart and fix the fan myself. I don't recommend this place. Once they get your money they ignore you. Very unprofessional.
