I received my ***** *** ** 15k BTU air conditioner yesterday on the 20th of June, it did have a dent on the corner of the unit but it looked like it wasn't going to affect the function of the unit. Getting it on the roof was the hardest part of the whole job. I had talked with a lady on the phone & she assured me it was compatible with my old unit. Their online parts sales is excellent. I did receive one part that was damaged and as soon as PPL was notified, they shipped the part overnight at no cost. Could not ask for better customer service. The only thing that is a little inconvenient is the length of time you generally have to wait if needing phone support.
