Originally got wrong part, PPL immediately sent a new part and resolved the situation.told me how to return 1st part. Customer service was excellent, and employee was very helpful.

on line order arrived as scheduled... correct everything... would have been nice to have some installation instructions... Pretty sure I bought the correct parts but something isn't working. I am trying to redo the replaced front ac that was installed with the manual controls. wanted to run it through the ducts with the Duo-Therm CCC controller.

I ordered the dometic CT single zone thermostat and it is suppose to be Bluetooth enable and it is Not I paid over $200.00 dollars for this part box was tore up and no detailed instructions. I sent them a email with no reply.
