I ordered an sw10D water heater for my 1986 park model trailer, it arrived in 3 days,the projected was 5 days. The heater is an exact fit. The problem is the old one was a Manuel pilot gas valve version that is no longer available. I ordered a 110 vac to 12 vdc converter this week, it appears I have all the parts I need to install the tank now. She did not understand me when I called...I just wanted the refill for the BBQ lighter...The shipping was very high...very disappointed...I found out they don't come off...!!!

Mr. ******, we are sorry for any inconvenience. It does appear you ordered the FlexStriker™ a lighter with fully bendable nozzle that makes hard-to-light situations a snap. Unfortunately, on the manufactures website it does not show refills available for this model . They do have a model called a ValueStriker that is refillable, this one however does not have the bendable nozzle. This is not an item we carry in stock, we had it shipped directly from our vendor. The standard ground shipping costs are $14.99.
Once again, PPL parts comes thru, like I expected, they continue to get my online shopping.

Andrew with PPL keeps saying wont give me money he’s kept fit taxes lic. I don’t have it but common sense tells u Since I got AZ title on my own and tags it’s one. He just wants to keep money. He didn’t even put Temp tag on it when bought got it by fedex at house after daughter drove it with none, Mayb Attorney General can help me

propane detector was old stock with short life remaining good for 42 mo. not 60 mo.

Thank you for your review. It appears you ordered this item on 6/29/2023. Most RV propane detectors last from five to seven years before they require replacement.
PPL provided very poor quality work on our RV repair. There were missing and broken parts. The quality of the paint job was very poor. Their customer service was very poor. The amount of time quoted was 2 months and it took 3 months with very poor quality workmanship!

No problem... Good service. Lights ordered were good. No damage as product was shipped properly.
Have written four times. Now this is 5. No response. Product I bought arrived with a lot of dust all over exterior. Once I opened it, a piece would not go on and stay on. Also, one of the wires looked crimped. It looked like the item was used. I want the item, but would prefer to have this one returned after they send a new part. But I can't get anyone to write back! Not responsive!
