I gave a good rating for most of the categories.... except for the quality of the work. I cannot remember our sales representative, but he was very nice, as were all of the employees we encountered. The purchase of the vehicle went smoothly and effentiently. They did not have the exact car we wanted on the lot, so they got one from a dealer up in Salem. Came in for service on my KIA van & met Ken, who was VERY friendly & nice!
