I must admit that dealing with this dealership has been VERY pleasant! I negotiated my car price and trade-in via email with Jeff and when I went in to get the car, he had it ready. It was easy, hassle free, friendly staff and very pleasant to work with Jeff Crites and the Financial Manager. Roy spent the entire afternoon showing me a variety of cars that would meet my needs. Since I was buying a used car for my niece, Roy took the car to her house and also spent another hour meeting up with my brother so he could check out the car. Roy knew his product line and efficiently took me to see several options. He stayed within my price range and never tried to show me a more expensive car. I got a great price on my new Mazda. I was lied to on my trade-in. I was told that the title was branded, that they would be lucky to be able to wholesale it, and that they would give me only $700 for it. I made the deal. Within 3 hours, I asked to pay them $700 for the vehicle I traded in and have it returned to me. I was told that it had been wholesaled before I left their lot.
