Roy was great. He chauffered me around to different dealerships until i found a truck i liked. I felt comfortable taking my time and never felt pressured to make a decision. Roy also listened to my requests and didnt waste my time showing me vehicles that were out of my price range or didnt fit my requirements. Together we found the perfect truck. I first received a flyer in the mail from Henry. Since I had actually been thinking about a new car, I decided what the heck, so I called and made an appointment with Henry. We went into Power after two weeks of the tedious task of car shopping, without high hopes or enthusiasm. First, my boyfriend and I were greeted outside by Jeff who quickly asked us exactly what we were looking for. He brought us inside to fill out some paperwork then introduced us to Roy! My husband and I went to Power Mazda hoping to drive out in a new car. But we had little money down and are trade in was not the best, least to say our credit wasn’t the very best either. We were referred to Henry by one of the sales associates. Henry was very nice, understanding, straight to the point and non-judgmental. Roy was extremely helpful in making it possible for me to get the car I wanted in the price range I wanted as well as the customer service expected and more. My wife and I went and purchased a new car this last Friday night. Jeff's shift ended at 5pm but was willing to stay late (and ended up staying till 8:45pm) to make sure we were taken care of - taking us on test drives and showing us the different cars. He was honest with the price from the get-go, treated us with respect, and not once did he push a car on us. Jeff ended up detailing the car himself as the detailing person had already gone home.
