We had been to other lots here in Salem and they were pushy and not listening to what I wanted. They tried to point me in a different direction of what i was wanting. I let them know the 3 styles I liked and the color. I didn't see much hope afterwards. My husband and I drove by the Power Mazda lot and as we passed it I saw the car I liked a white Mazda 3. I bought a Mazda 3, the salesman was nice. I had to wait over an hour to go talk to the finance guy, who then had to call someone else to help me. I have returned for service, where I have still not been informed what all my warranty covers. I've had the car for less than 3000 miles and need a cabin air filter already? Now I got here for my appointment at 8, and am waiting to go for a ride with a tech. They said "It shouldn't be too long, it is now 9 and someone who came in at 8:30 has already done their ride along.

If you live anywhere in the Willamette Valley and are looking for a new Mazda, before you buy, I highly recommend that you compare the deal offered by your local Mazda dealership with that of one offered by Power Mazda. I live in Eugene and really did not want to drive all the way to Salem to buy a car, but our local dealership would not give me the deal I wanted on a new CX 5. Derrick was great! Very friendly and not pushy at all. He was enjoyable and informational on the vehicles and test drives. He knew what he was talking about and didn't make us feel like we had to buy a car.

We went to Power Mazda looking for a late model used car. Steve De Dominick showed us a new Mazda 6 and took us for a test drive. The car sold itself, and Steve wisely let that happen. When we told him we also wanted to look at the Honda Accord and the Hyundai Sonata, he said, "I understand. When you come back, ask for me." We did come back, and Steve walked us through the sales process in record time. There was no running back and forth to "the manager." OVERALL I like the fact that this dealership has so many options. We were able to test several brands at one stop. VERY convenient. Not sure I like the warranty; it seems low...I sure hope Ken is right and I won't need it. Ken is the genleman that sold me the crossover. He was very knowlegible. He listen and heard what I wanted and hooked me up. He was honest and friendly. When my daughter is ready for her first car this is where we will go. Hopefully the finance guy is in a better mood. I'm pretty sure he didn't even smile.

I had a great experience buying my car from Power Mazda. Clint was very friendly and professional. My family really appreciated having the play area upstairs while we worked out all the paperwork. I would recommend them...yes.

Ken was an awesome salesperson, making certain we received the best value for our dollar and getting us exactly what we wanted. His friendliness was over the top fantastic and we felt as if he knew the in's and out's of his products.
