Easy, fast and convenient. I emailed about a specific vehicle. The next day I received a call from Roy. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes and in that time we set a time for me to test drive the vehicle. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was waiting for me. Horrible This is the absolute worst car dealer ship I have ever done business with. Bought a car from them for $15,000 which is what it Blue Booked for. Went back TWO MONTHS later stating that I was unhappy with the car and wanted to trade it in for something else. I realized I would lose some money. They offered me $10,000. When I complained that it felt like if I accepted this offer I would be flushing my previous trade in car down the toilet they sent in a manager to tell me when they bought my trade in they "fluffed the ... read more
Big Dan rocks! Just spent the morning at Power Mazda buying a car and Big Dan was awesome to work with. The whole experience was pretty painless. No pressure and super prompt, friendly great customer service. I highly recommend going to see Big Dan if you're looking for a car.

The Way Car Purchasing Should Be I contacted Power Mazda with what I felt would be an impossibe possibility. I needed to trade my 06 cobalt for a SUV that could hold 3 car seats across. Not only did Roy keep in steady contact with me. He never made me feel like a fool for trying. Roy contacted me via text mostly which was perfect. Last, friendly and efficient service JC was very friendly, easy to work with and efficiently handled my purchasing experience despite the distance between us & the dealership. He managed the initial discussion over email & phone then once we were able to make it to the dealership we got exactly what we wanted for a great price & interest rate. Plus the after purchase customer service was above & beyond with front door service. Definitely would recommend Power Mazda again.
