Not very pleasant You can tell there is a lot of tension in the office between the parts guy & the service guys. You would be hard pressed to paint a smile on Peter the parts guy (pretty arrogant). A lot of friction between he and Abe. Not a comfortable visit. I think they need a team meeting. Although they did take care of my recall issue promptly and I appreciated the free car wash.

Best decision I decided I wanted to purchase a Mazda 6 so I went to Power Mazda in Salem. I was greeted by Steven Klink and he was terrific. He was very knowledgable about the Mazda 6 and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering a vehicle from Power Mazda to ask for Steven Klink. Every step of the purchase was simple and I never felt pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships.

Helpful, informative and easy to work with The buying experience was positive. Staff were excellent to work with throughout the buying process and they made it easy to get the purchase complete.

Easy, quick, and reasonably priced purchase! I live in Springfield and checked out Powers website to see their inventory. Sunday morning I sent a inquiry on a vehicle and received a quick response from Rick. We swapped emails and agreed on a price by 2pm. I drove up to the dealership on Tuesday after work, test drove the car, signed papers and drove off the lot within an hour. I even had financing! Andrea is the REAL deal! We came in and were not expecting to get qualified. working with Andrea, we felt no pressure and very comfortable. She made the sale happen! We couldn't be happier with how we were treated! She is a true salesman that doesn't come across as the stereo type - She was Awesome!! The service department was a little difficult to work with. A lot slower with actually fixing the truck than we had hoped for. We are so happy being able to work with Andrea and the truck we bought!

Very Pushy and rushing I had test driven a car here before I was told of the Costco Autosave Program. I was given a dealership out of town and when I called Costco they said yes, Power Mazda was an authorized dealer with them. When I contacted them with the kind of car I wanted, was told they had it but not in the color I wanted but would have to get it within 3 days. Car Buying at its Best We went through Costco and were contacted by Roy W. at Power Mazda. He was absolutely great to work with. Was not high pressure but went above and beyond to help us, even after work hours. Once we decided to buy he got as much of the paperwork done ahead of time as possible knowing that we would be there with our toddler. I would definitely work with Roy again! It was worth the drive from Sherwood.

Roy is the man! I've known Roy for years and always send people to him because he's trustworthy and takes care of his customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
