I purchased a car from out of state. I felt like the transaction was handled very well and we had an agreement prior to my traveling to Salem to complete the transaction. It was a smooth transaction. Sofia was particularly helpful to make the sale work.
Had a deal in place, when i got there they changed it. They said your trade in wasn’t worth it even though I looked it up on kbb they used to poor column. Tried to squeeze another 1500 out of me. I just laughed at them and walked out! Their new leader are typical shady car salesmen. Don’t buy from these clowns.

We apologize that you feel this way. When we made the deal, you represented your trade as being in good condition without us seeing it. When you brought it in, it needed a windshield and tires. The $1500 was an adjustment off of the good condition you told us for these two items. I'm sorry we weren't able to meet your needs.
Ethan Howard was easy to work with, knowledgeable, patient, made our purchase as quick as possible even though the dealership was very busy and it was later in the day. Then didn't try to rush us out the door to close up shop. Finance man was efficient and personable.
I was listened to, treated with respect and professional care, even after my "prickly attitude" to start.

This dealership sells nothing but used pieces of xxxx. Buyer beware you will get ripped off!

I was in a bit of a bind, and was able to stop in on a urgent, almost emergency, visit this last Saturday. Karissa, if I remember correctly, from service was amazeballs, and so was the tech. I squeezed in for a safety check on my brakes I had just replaced Wednesday at my local Mazda, 4 hours away. I had really bad brake smell, like burning brakes, not good. Consider Shopping at an honest car dealership instead. Very slow to respond to online inquiries about inventory at dealership. Took five days to correspond about potential purchase, but falsely advertised as “immediate support.” Sale was “passed off” from one salesman with favorable terms of sale to another that was offering less attractive terms when we arrived at the dealership. I could not be happier with the service I received at the location. A big shout out most especially to the service manager Charissa! A pretty long story, starting out with a big problem with my vehicle, but at the end I felt like I was part of a team and they were the cheerleaders.
