Start to finish we we’re blessed by this dealership Team! We received a good offer on our trade from the start, along with a good markdown on the sticker price of the vehicle we purchased. Power Mazda I worked with Cody at Power Mazda. Cody seem like a very nice guy. He wasn’t pushy like some car salesman ,which I liked. Cody was up front and straight forward . I do have one issue which is it only had 1 key which is a problem since the keys are very expensive All in all I love my new Rouge!!
Thank you Mike! My experience with power Mazda was great, there was a few minor problem they fixed willingly. As well as providing me with a rental while my car was being fixed after a couple fixes and no progress with the car it was a loss, so Mike brown was asked to help us find a new vehicle. Thanks to Mike we now have a 09 Mazda 3i that I am in love with, thank you Mike and thank you power Mazda.

Good Car but very poor Salesmen,and poor business procedures It was my first time buying a car and I went there just browsing around cars. I already had a prequalified offer from Capital One but the sales guy Jared and his sales manager/supervisor Jeff Crites re-ran a hard enquiry with 12 different lenders and ended me up with one of the lenders who they get commission from. Extremely seamless from beginning to end. I worked with Roy Watkins who not only helped me pick out my dream car, but spent a great deal of time answering emails prior to even going to Salem. I was pre-approved prior too, which helped me make the best decision possible for my budget. Friendly, and excellent customer service! Above and beyond My husband and I have always had a great experience buying our cars from Roy Watkins at Power Mazda. He goes above and beyond to make our car shopping experience smooth and simple.
