In short we were over sold and they under preformed. Cyle was our salesman and did a great job, showed genuine concern on issues, listened to our concerns and had a solution which had us sold. When it came to install there were items from our concerns that were not installed, not going to be installed and we weren't offered any price reductions. During the 5 hour appointment with the sales repmy husband and I decided to move forward with the gutter insulation install.I was informed that thedumpster and supplies wouldarrive on Thursday Dec 10th that nevershowed up. I had an excellent experience working with Power. I felt no pressure to purchase. When the widows were installed they were efficient, and cleaned up afterwards.

windows and door as expected, however wedding rings missing after installation was complete. phoned company was told by David, Manager, that has happened in the past and will probably happen again. after that tried to call company several times no one would speak to us. was told to get an attorney. made police report and in process of speaking with an attorney. this company has terrible customer service!!!!! absolutely no help with this situation.

Today 12/07/20 a salesman, Evan, went to my 88 year old mother’s house and pushed window sales on her. He handed her his phone and had her talk to another sales person and gave her a sales pamphlet. She is high risk for COVID and stays home to be safe. We would never buy from such a thoughtless company that would put someone so vulnerable at risk. Can’t leave a no star rating.

Refused to even give me a quote. I need new windows. The rep came to home and was very nice and professional. He spent 45 minutes going over the company, past reviews, and inspecting my windows. Only when he was finished did he ask that my wife be present. I informed him that she is a teacher and not available at all during the week. I took off time to meet with him so we can get this job taken care of. He insisted that she be home before he gives any quote. I did have some small issues, but nothing major, and wanted to outline them here for you. First, sales was excellent, the salesman and the second man to measure were great, thorough with their explanations and sold the product well. The day of the install, they were late. They arrived a bit after 10, but were very nice, very polite and got right to work. They worked hard all day and it was so hot. I offered them water and they politely refused every time. Satisfied so far with the time and roofing work that was completed last year. The quality also appears fine at this time, however, more time is needed to see the true advantages. I believe this project was needed and is much better than what was replaced. I still wonder if I might have gotten a similar service and product from a smaller local company at a better overall price.
