I asked for an estimate on some home remodeling in July 23, 2020. We cancelled the deal. Then on February 2, 2021, I received a letter stating I had a loan with GreenSky Loan Services in Atlanta, Ga, submitted by Power Home Remodeling on me without any knowledge on my part. Never heard of this company or know about any loans for me on anything. I contacted GreenSky and informed them of this and was asked to file a fraud report with them which I have done. Extremely happy with the work that’s has been done so far. We had a new front door put it. Came out great. We are also going to be putting in windows.
I love my windows! The installers were courteous, hard working and clean! A screen was forgotten and needed to be ordered but overall Power windows is a great company to work with.

Excellent work, clean up, a job well done
We’ve had 2 projects with Power. The first, windows and front door, was a year ago and everything went well. Last week we had siding installed. The crew worked 8 to 9 hours a day for 4 days and did a great job. The siding really makes the house look beautiful. The project manager came over twice and called me on the other 2 days to ask if I was happy with the work that had been done that day. Power did an excellent job installing all the windows on the front of our house. They called in the morning of install and arrived at the install time. The installers greeted and introduced themselves and told us what to expect for the day and gave us an estimated time it would take to install the windows. The install was completed three hours past the estimated time which was okay and the clean up was excellent inside and outside our house. Outstanding customer satisfaction from sales presentation to completed installation. Pricing is always a critical factor, but the interaction from beginning to end exceeded our expectations. The additional replacement policy and transfer guarantee is a great plus to a great overall experience. Rarely do you see this kind of quality of performance. Power Home did an incredibly high quality job for our huge windows project. Power Home brought its high endeavors of making sure that our windows are tightly sealed and accurately installed. Yes, Power Home's project cost is very expensive, but their extraordinary quality is worth a lot of money. Thank you!
