The window installation went well; however a a screen is missing. They indicated that it will be ordered but haven't heard from anyone. I called several times to no avail. What's up with this?

GREAT people to work with. 9 windows and 2 sliding doors installed last week. Couldn't be happier! 2 basement windows to be installed in z couple months. Installation crew was superb. No wasted effort, polite, professional, complete cleanup. HIGHLY recommended.
Great experience!! From the initial knock on the door, everyone involved was knowledgeable and courteous. I had a door installed and I can already feel the difference in my foyer. Windows for the back of the house to be installed in May; and then on to the remaining windows. Everything was very Professional from the first person I met until the final inspection once installed! Amazing company and would certainly use them again!
Simple, straightforward process. Answered all my questions and then some. Reasonably priced with efficient installation. They have been very responsive after the install and communicate very well. I like my new windows, but I LOVE my new slider back door! I definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling for window replacement.
