Did great job on my roof. Added bathroom vent I didn’t know I should have had. Good workers. Great results.
I was happy with the way the jobs were explained to me before doing them. Everything worked out as they had said. They used quality materials and all work was done in a timely manner.
so far so good,they did a great job putting in the doors and window..they finished in one day and every thing looks good
Communication was not at its finest with our jobs. We were pushed due to weather but then we were completely dropped off the schedule. I had to notify them of the mistake and then we were added back. We were then bumped again due to another project taking too long prior. We were told we would be the first project the next morning....and we were not. It has been 2 months dealing with this company and the job is STILL not completed. Lack of communication between the workers and us, we didn't know when they were arriving, improper clean up after workers left each day, unskilled workers, lack of supervision by foremen, "crews" were often only one person, wrong items ordered, pressured to "sign off" on job even though it wasn't completed, inadequate colors available. I love the windows and the crew working with my project was professional and curteous. However, out of 25 windows, 23 had to be replaced. Between delays and backlogs, they came 8 weeks after the initital date of instaltion. And guess what, 2 windows were missing, and 2 more have defects. So they need to be replaced again.... I was considering having another project done with Power; but not anymore after this... Quality control has been very disappointing. Overall great quality work. Installers were very good and cleaned up very well. Only thing we were not happy with is that we wanted to do another job and they make you make the decision on the spot or you loose the deal. Sales guy came back and was rude to my father because we decided not to do the second job right now. Makes you not want to call them back.
Extremely happy with the installation time and install outcome. The clean up could of been better but they did offered to come back in the spring to do a better clean up. Overall very satisfied.
Awful company. They wouldn't commit to coming for an appointment unless they knew if I had a spouse or not. I am not sure why that is any of their business. Last time I used them the appointment took about 4 hours and they made me commit to the windows before they left or I wouldn't get that price. Very strange approach to doing business. It is very uncomfortable. I am going elsewhere.
