I was happy with their service for the most part. They came and gave me a quote, we signed up for 4 windows, were given December 15th as an install day. A few days before the install was to happen we received a call that the windows weren't in. Expected a week later. A week later, they were now expected 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later, they were expected 3 weeks later. Great workers, quick and efficient. Overall products are great! Sliding doors and windows have really helped make our home energy efficient!
Great experience from beginning to end. Had several presentations from other window replacement companies. No hard pressure sales and a world class installation team. The install team was extremely experienced and efficient. They worked in a very particular sequence and following clean up went through a operational check with us prior to sign off on completion. If you are in the DFW area ask for Juan's Crew. They are on the mark.
The crew that came to my house trashed it and treated my home like their dumpster. My family felt violated after they left. No regards to the current pandemic or their own personal safety while working. Promises to "makes things right" are worthless after the invasiveness of the entire experience. At least one of the screens installed was damaged while installing, which does NOT give me comfort moving into the storm season. Great company! Excellent work! The installers were professional and hard working. Now I got three new big windows, Also I am very happy with the quality of the materials, everything looks good.
My roof was replaced a few days ago. Prior to getting the roof replaced the salesman showed me a hole in the roof. I had a family member go into the attic a few days after it was replaced to see if the hole was repaired. My attic is not easily accessible. My family member took a picture of the same hole that was not repaired. I contacted power and I was told the wood is very good wood and the products they put on the roof will protect it. I was also told the roof has lifetime warranty so if I have any problems they will fix ... read more

Power was on time, and worked consistently to get our gutters installed in a few hours. The gutters look very good and have been draining fine during this wet weather. The only thing that wasn't desirable was that quite a few large nails were left on the ground all around our house.
Installation went very smooth.
Great service, beautiful windows. Very very happy. We will use Power again in the future for other projects and would recommend to everyone we know.
