We had all but 1 of our windows replaced and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and we were very impressed that the window openings were not only measured once, but twice. The installation team was very professional and worked quickly with a minimum of disturbance to the interior of the house. My initial impression was that the sales were fairly pushy. Ultimately I spent a significant portion of money to replace my roof and am so far satisfied with it. My understanding was that a quality manager was supposed to stop by after the work and review it with me. That has not yet occurred. Also, the roofers dropped materials on my roof so hard that my entire house shook violently and some of my light fixtures fell. They also absolutely destroyed some of my outdoor lights, which I have taken a large number of pictures of.... read more
Great workers . Quality wor and materials. Cleanup after each step, no trace of debris left behind. Got what I paid for in value. Very pleased with end result.
they were great , they did and we got everything we were promised. They got the work done in a very timely manor and were very respectful of us and the property. would highly recommend the to family and friends
I used Power to replace siding on the back of my home. We had to have Power come back multiple times to correct and finish the job. I was extremely disappointed in what it took (and the time I had to spend) to get the job finished.

My wife and I had windows installed over a year ago and so far we have not noticed any problems as of yet. Up to the present we have been satisfied with the process from start to finished. At this time we have not reason not to recommend this company to others.
It started off great, they took measurements and gave us a quote. During the initial estimate they of course promise you the moon to get your business. A few days later they sent out a project manager to take “more precise” measurements. Ray told us we couldn’t do a bay window because our eave was too short. After I questioned her math she still said it was too short. We were disappointed but it is was it is right. This was on 11/2 for the windows to be installed on 12/17. So I had vinyl siding done, and cutters replaced. I could not be happy of how the project went. if your looking to have vinyl siding done or any home remodeling project; look around first then reach out to Powerhrg.
