A window salesperson came to my door, saying "Your HOA may have told you that we would be stopping by." Later, I confirmed with my HOA, and they said, "We do not endorse any company going door to door for sales pitches", which was my suspicion. Then, they said they just talked to my neighbor and mentioned his name. I said, yes, I know him. They said they were giving him a free estimate, and if I wanted to get a free estimate right after his, since they were in the neighborhood, I could. I said yes. A man pounded on my door to ask me if I needed my windows replaced. I said no, but I do need vinyl siding work done (soffit, facia, trim, etc.). I gave a guy personal information and he wrote it down, then called someone to schedule my estimate. He handed me his phone and I gave my information to another person. He said someone is in the area and can come later in the evening to give me an estimate. I said wow, that's great. We were very happy with Power Home Remodeling from the sales person Michael (who is amazing) to the installation and clean up. I would highly recommend this company and we plan to conduct future business with them.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I have never received such terrible customer service to begin with. I was told this company does not contract out their work, which was a complete lie. The original sales rep that came to our home told us our fascia boards would need to be replaced because the wood was rotting out, when the crew came to fix the soffit and fascia they stated that all the boards were fine and did not need to be replaced. okay?? Shady business tactics! Sales rep comes by the house with dark shades on, doesn’t provide any details but asks me to provide my name, address (which makes no sense since he’s on my block) and says another person will come out to provide an estimate. Does everything he can to avoid being seen by my hike security cameras. I questioned if this was actually a real company so I called and spoke with one of their CS reps Rachel Smith who advised the company has been in business for over 20 years. First and foremost, I have a no soliciting sign in my front yard and the sales representative completely disregarded that. Luckily we were going to be reaching out to a few companies for these projects, so it worked out. Every representative that came to the house for measurements was very pleasant. We agreed to two projects, gutters & windows. Our gutter project needed to be rescheduled, that was inconvenient. Only will schedule when both homeowners are home which to do that I had to rearrange our schedules to make that happen. After someone confirming our appointment with my husband today and myself I rushed home to be here ontime as my husband was driving home from *** to make the appointment ontime and I walk in the house and received a call on my cell only to let me know the person doing the estimate will be here late now and not until 810pm and will be here for about 90 min !? Yesterday someone from this business knocked on my door. He started his pitch by saying my HOA should have let me know they were going to be coming by. Once they started talking about windows, I told him no thank you. He persisted at this point, mentioning my HOA again. I followed up with my HOA and Power did NOT have permission to be claiming a connection. Super scummy sales tactics. I'll add this to my list of window companies I'll never work with. On January 28, 2020 I had a remodel done to my family room. One standard size sliding glass door and two very small windows. The Windows are good but sliding glass door handle and lock isn't holding up and locking properly.
