They were great from start to finish and the installation we are very happy with. We will more than likely use them again for our other major projects.
Love my doors and windows, even cleaned up before leaving.
Sales people were decent . The installer was professional, arriving on time, doing his job, cleaning up after. The windows have, so far, been as advertised.
Overall our experience with power was fairly positive. We had them come out for two separate installs. Unfortunately with the second install they never bothered to put in the screw hole covers on the window, and didn't even leave them behind for us to put in ourselves. Window is nice and solid, but technically the job is incomplete because the screw holes are still totally visible.
The in home consultation very knowledgeable and polite. The installation team was fast, efficient, and very professional. They even made sure to vacuum the floor after one of the old window panes broke. Would definately recommend them to my friends and family.
Since we got our new windows it has been like a year . Our heating bill has come down and our central air conditioning turns off in the hot weather where above 90 it would run all the time.
Overall our experience was a good one. We got a roof and gutters. I didn't appreciate their selling tactics...such as if you don't commit tonight the price goes up dramatically. Also, they broke my outdoor light when doing my gutters and did not say anything. I didn't notice until the next day and i got no response when i reached out.
We hired Power for two projects. First for windows--we replaced all the windows on the first floor of our house. The team did a great job; they were friendly and professional and got the job done within one afternoon. The second project was for gutters. This one didn't go as well. The team arrived late in the day, and were still working as it got dark. I picked up at least a dozen sharp shards of metal (from trimming the metal to make the gutters). There are the best, no complaints. It's been two months since I changed the windows and I have no regrets.
