We would give 0 stars if we could. I was given a quote from the sales lady Cortney excellent lady i was told that that was the bottom price nothing else. i sign and agreed to it. then here comes her manager to re check everything and not even 5 minutes pass he comes back and increased the prices. I explain to him that i ask specifically about replacing the wood arround the windows the sales lady told me yes that includes everything and it was included. her manager that came to re check and schedule an appointment said oh no ... read more

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go with this company!!!!! They claim that their windows are totally custom made. They are not! Part of the deal is they give you a discount if you write a review. They wasted so much of our time. I had to move furniture and take off work three times due to the fact that they could not measure the space correctly. They trampled the plants I had to constantly bug them to pay to replace what they damaged. They are over priced and the product is cheap!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

This was the worst experience of my life. If you like workers that decide it's ok to put screws into your window molding without asking you (homeowner) if that is how you want it, or if you like workers that leave doors open on a hot day or workers that just walk in without ringing your doorbell, then by all means go with this company.

If I could give a zero I would. The site visit and install went ok. Not perfect but manageable. The problem comes in once you have a problem. This company does not tell you up front anything you need to know but makes sure to do the dog and pony show of the good things. I live with a lot of wind and these windows have leaked, wind vibrating the vinyl siding that they can't find and wind coming through the windows. sales people are just that...sales for commission. had roofing done, looked nice. looked like most everything was cleaned up. slick rick boss from sales showed up a few days later and pushed to get me to do the gutters as well and i fell for it. when gutter guys came they didn't use any drop cloth around the perimeter so when they detached the old gutters, all of the roofing debris that was never cleaned out of them including a boatload of nails and wood splinters were now all over the ground. i would never have thought i ne... read more

Very professional. Cleaned up after them selves and made sure dust didn't get all over.
We were happy with the work done. So far we have had no issues with the installed windows and the crews sent to do the work, especially for the second half (we split the windows over two years) were excellent. I do admit that their sales force once in the home push very hard and really do not accept no for an answer. That being said holding out for several hours did save us thousands of dollars as the quotes kept coming down for the work until they hit a price I felt foolish saying no to.
