We live in Mount Juliet, TN. Power Home Remodeling came and did our windows. The process was very easy and their team was very professional. We were most impressed with the crew that came to our home to do the work. Very friendly; they did an amazing job and made sure to leave everything the way they found it. Cleaned up after themselves. We are so glad we hired them.
Far too pushy in sales. Door install went smoothly but immediately after the details of the door, window trim, began warping. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. Still hasn’t been fixed.

Everyone was courteous and professional. The new roof looks great and so does the attic insulation. The project was done quickly. Very satisfied.
Contacted via HomeAdvisor. I'm in MA. They called me within minutes of filling out the web form 2 days ago. The rep booked an appt to come give me an estimate on some windows I need replacing. Was VERY pushy, insisting that my husband HAD to be here when they came-- scripted, repetitive "That's our policy so all questons get answered, etc., etc." I told them he is elderly and not well, and I was the project manager and money source here, and they reluctantly agreed to come. Their sales person was great, friendly and mentioned all their workers are trained by the company so I purchased 3 windows from Power on April 2019, waited several months for the windows to be made and they finally came on July 10th 2019. Immediately there were problems, the wrong sash brought, broken parts and parts affixed in wrong places, they returned 3 times every time not knowing what they needed to fix (even after I thoroughly explained the problems by phone to the manager) and since I’ve discovered worse problems. This company was very professional and everything was done just as they told me it would be and in the time frame specified. I am extremely pleased with their work and product. I had 17 windows replaced.
Sales people are very friendly and appear to care about you. They are pricey but they set your expectations so high you think it is worth the money. Then comes installation of the roof. The roofers are not as prepared for the job as you were lead to believe. The do not drape the outside of the house sufficiently to protect your siding and shrubs. They do not do a thorough cleanup, as promised by the sales rep. I still find nails and old roofing material on my lawn and in the shrubs.

Power Home Remodeling replaced my roof, gutters and installed some new windows. They were very professional, and handled any complications that came up in a professional manner. The ease of doing business with them was a plus, as is their warranty. My roof, gutters and windows look great, however this is four stars instead of five for the following reasons: 1. The windows are nice. However, I wasn't pleased with the installation process that left large scratches on all my window sills. I now need to sand and repaint all my window sills where new windows were installed in December. Surprisingly, the company has never reached out to me to ask if I was satisfied. I was also promised some finishing work over my garage door, but that never happened.
