Owed 700$ paid them off completely then they turned me off after being late 1 day on a 250$ then want to charge you 150$ to turn you back on these guys are scamming our citizens because they know they can because we have no other option
I keep getting promotional materials from pge for free this and free that,but when I read the fine print it never applies to me.Just recieved an offer for a free energy saving thermostat only to find out my home doesn’t qualify.Stop wasting my time sending me offers that I can’t take advantage of.
their billing practices are terrible. sending someone a 800 bill after their mistake is not right
So glad they decided to shut off our power all night to put up a new pole. Got home from work no heat, no lights and can't even go to bed since I can't run my CPAP machine.

If you are able to use another electric company do so! Pge has screwed residential customers with a 4.3% rate hike. Higher than any other hike they have handed out. My bill has almost doubled!
Although this doesn’t affect me, I just heard the news that your billing system screwed up the equal monthly pay option and now people are being charged. Get your billing right! It’s not the homeowners issue you screwed up. Splitting payments up should not be an option for your terrible screw up!
