September 9, 2020. Two days without power. No one has even come out to look at it. 102 effected but the recording says “Due to the SCOPE of the outage they still cannot give an estimated time to restore power”. Really?

While sitting and enjoying this lovely Sunday morning....I’m reading and hear a low hum, huge flash of light, a huge bang and my hands get tingly....Freakin squirrel.....fried itself on the transformer and now the power is out! Portland General Electric to the Rescue. Hopefully we’ll have power back soon....I can’t with A/C today!!! I called it in and within 5-10 minutes, there was a truck, a worker in the bucket and a fried squirrel 🐿 being dropped to the ground, like a bad habit! You guys ROCK!!!

The Campgrounds that your Company controls promote amenities and when they take yoyr hard earned $$$$ they shut down those amenities so you can not use them with out notice. If you pay for it you should get to use them like the showers....... You continue to cut the hours of operations just because those running the park are lazy and they minght have to have their dinner not right at 5pm. We paid for the use of those showers so open them up or charge us consumers less $$$$ and let us know they are not open. DO NOT USE THE WH... read more

Is PGE doing anything special for customers in a financial crisis due to Corona virus issues?
I contacted PGE customer service at 11:59 am about moving the power line up on my mother’s house so we didn’t have to use a stick to push up the line when we moved our camper and trailer in the back of the property. They sent a note to the service dept and by 2:00 pm it was all done. I am amazed at how fast they responded!!!!
