RecommendedGreat job PGE employee's, the line crews that get called out in the worst of conditions rock.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely piss poor customer service! Charged a “insufficient fund fee” when my bank shows no record of a payment requested and customer service can not tell me when the payment was declined. Their answer? Check with your bank! This in addition to the processing fee and it taking 8 days for the payment to process. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
Don't fall for this "Eco friendly company" garbage. They'll tell you their doing all these things on the Deschutes for its ecology, but what they don't tell you is that their being sued by a grassroots foundation to stop the damm practices that are killing the flora and fauna of the lower Deschutes river. Bill Matrix is a shady payment system, they make you sign a 10 page agreement that gives them permission to sell your data and agree to unreasonable arbitration conditions. I have had many unsatisfactory interactions with PGE in the past, they need oversight and regulation.
Why has your company continued to let warm, polluted water flow from your reservoir into the Lower Deschutes River? You know this has had a dramatic and negative impact on the river's fish habitat. Be a good environmental steward and let cold, clean water flow from your reservoir into the Deschutes River.....or do you even care?
The new pricing structure has increased my family's cost; a family of four, by 25% without any increase in our kilowatt usage. So thank you PGE by raising our rates by 25% during the Winter season. Time to invest in Solar panels.
