Had an outage on our road, and PGE was there quickly and had us up and running soon. A transient that occurred when the Transformer blew caused our TV to fail and PGE responded favorably to our request for a refund. Way to go, PGE!

Our neighborhood lost power yesterday afternoon. The repair crew arrived promptly. The problem was bigger than expected and it took hours to effect the repairs. The crew worked tirelessly through the evening and into the night, in the rain. They were successful. I'm very grateful!

Takes way too long to get power restored! Website says 6:14, then at 6:35 it changes to 9:05. A couple of December's ago it was even worse! Without power for 8 hours! Meanwhile all we see are trucks driving around and nothing being done!
