Terrible... Customer service sucks... No information available... Pge is the worst... Such a bs company... If I could buy power from somebody else even if I cost more I would... Pge is the worst... I have an asthmatic in the house who needs access to her nebulizer and heat and we can't get any info on when power will be back... Just the same call center bs... Crews are working on it... You guys are pretty good at taking care of problems except for my current situation. My husband sent the payment in on September 1st 2015 and somehow you guys still havent recieved it yet; while all my other bills got sent out at the same time and are already paid. I have talked to customer service and you are working on looking into it to see if it is a computer error on your end. As of today it still hasnt been recieved. I think they are pathetic, paid my bill 5 days ago through the v-com machine and today my power was shut off so I call them and was told that I never called them with a confirmation number, seriously now they want 350.00 to restore my service which I don't have. Obviously my payment would have posted by now, its just a ploy to scam people out of their money. Money hungry greed
