Apparently the meter reader was taking reads off the incorrect meter for the last 6 months and I just got a bill for almost $700 for the difference which is pretty horrible timing! I have kept up on my bill and I don’t feel their mistake should be put on me! Now I can’t afford Christmas presents!

RecommendedAfter we arrived at our Mt. Hood cabin at 2;30 pm in late October, we discovered the power out. The serviceman arrived within 2 hours and determined the power line transformer needed replacement. By 9:30 pm the service truck and crew arrived, and by 10:30 pm we had power back! If I could figure out how to give them 5 stars,......they would receive 6 from us! Thank you PG&E!!

RecommendedToday a transformer blew near our house in Salem. My husband called and someone was on location within 15 minutes and had power restored within the hour. We often forget how much has to go well in order for us to have and keep such an essential amenity as power. Thank you PGE for your hard work and commendable response time.
seems like a monoply when they are the ONLY power company in the whole portland metro area.
Start looking at current plans to upgrade the energy systems we have now, clean coal, improved nuclear power plants. Wind mills don't work good enough yet.
Has no knowledge when it comes to trees. Lets just chop them back willy nilly. Sheer one side, leaving it unbalanced and in danger of falling over now with either a good east wind or ice, or both.
They keep canceling my account without notifying me of it. I live in an apartment and idiots give PGE the wrong address and pay for my power instead no their own. customer service should be required to call the main account holder of any changes.
