I am so pleased with my sales experience at Porsche of Bellevue, and it honestly didn't start off great (thus, the 4 stars) - but it ended great and that's all that really matters! Joe W was a pleasure to work with when he stepped in to handle my search, I felt he was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car and was patient and extremely communicative along the way - and I ask a lot of questions so I kept him working! I couldn't be happier with my fun new Porsche!
I made an appointment a week in advance to bring my 3016 Macon S I got a recall fix. Brought it in at the appoint d time in the morning. Toward the end of the day they called to let me know they were unable to get it into the shop( disappointing since I had an appt.). They did offer an overnight rental car, not a Porsche �, but the Kia was not a bad little car. Overall I have been happy with my service for the past 2 years and Nicole is a very good service rep. I was thinking of selling my 2014 Porsche cayenne diesel platinum edition to the dealer, because of the Porsche scandal of selling the unqualified car to our customers in 2014. I went to Porshe store in Bellevue, Steve was supposed to taking my case, he took my keys and gave to someone named Joe without informing us. due to the tragedy that happened in my car on Nov 25 with my friend’s daughter, a very kind friend brought the car back to Porsche to trade in for another -- as My friend never wanted to step foot into the car again.
