Post sales experience not ideal, sold me a car with summer tires in Seattle on an All Wheel Drive Car. When I brought it to their attention, their advice was do not drive this in winter but sell your on Craigslist and put an "All Season Tire". Never experienced post sales support like this. That too on a premium purchase.

Worst customer service ever. Staff is extremely unprofessional and impolite. Here's why: Scheduled an appointment to have my tail light repaired at 930a. When I bring my car to the drop off garage, staff ignores you until you ask for their help and attention. I arrive on time for my 930a appt, but it's not until 1015a that they bring my car into the repair garage?? How do I know it took that long? Dropped off my Cayman S for just a routine service and picked up a loner, Service Mason and others were all pleasant, I got back a little before it was promised and went next door to get something to eat, Mason stopped by to drop Car off and keys, There is a reason I do not mind driving 70 miles one way for service.
