I think the service here is awful and even my initial buying experience was unsatisfactory. Lately they never answer the phone or call me back. I spent 20+ mins on hold just last week, kept getting transferred to voice-mails and STILL never got a call back. It's hard to get in, and loaners take forever. My expectations are so low at this point that I don't even ever want to take my car there for service, particularly since I live in Seattle.
