RecommendedI have had very good experience with Porsche Bellevue service since I moved to the area. I especially enjoy working with Mathew Moody. The location is close to where I live and work. Mathew is professional and also helped me with minor issues timely in between scheduled services. The ambience is inviting. I waited at the dealership for my service and all was extremely timely. They even washed my car. I would definitely recommend them.
I had a great experience and was treated with outstanding service by Stephen and Rob while shopping for a car there. They were attentive, welcoming and I got to test drive and check out the new cars without any hassles.
Caveat emptor. The "pre-owned vehicle 125 point inspection" may not be reliable so I would recommend full document verification before purchase. For me it would have saved a lot of effort and cost. I accept responsibility for having purchased the vehicle without 3rd party inspection. In my case the GM has been reasonably responsive in helping correct a few of the issues, the rest I have corrected myself. I do not want nor would I accept anything further on this case and appreciate the GM's assistance to this point.
They serviced my 911 and had it back to me earlier than their estimate and a hand wash on top of that.
I have had yet another amazing experience at Porsche Bellevue! They went out of their way to make sure everything was completely right with my Cayenne before I left & I really appreciate it! Two thumbs up!

Great service from the first exchange to the delivery of the car
Simple rule of commercial business. Communicate and service the customer. Not happening with my latest exposure both at sales and service. Will investigate buying and servicing either in Tacoma or Bellingham in the future.
