I recently bought a used Audi TT that I found on line. I live in Montana and didn’t want to travel to Seattle right now. My dealer rep, Horst, was professional, timely, and very helpful in answering my questions and in providing additional photos and inspection. The purchasing was easy and they sent a notary to my house to sign the paperwork. It took longer than expected to find a shipper, but that was a minor frustration. I recently brought my Boxster in for a routine service. Several issues were identified. The car was in the shop for over 2 weeks. Communication was abysmal. I had to call or text to find out what was happening. There seemed to be poor communication between the technicians and the service contact..
